Well, It has been 6 months since my last post!!
Much has happened, I moved home for a month, then moved into my new house in York with Becky and Helen!! :) Then started my third year at uni! My computer still works! My car got stranded in Manchester...but its all better now and now I am excited for Christmas!!
Still have no idea what I will be doing next year or where I will be. Oh and I am compleatly adicted to 24!!

My computer works!!!!!!!!!!!!
I took it to a computer shop in York the other week and they said that it was just the battery that had died and all I needed to do was buy a new one but untill then I could just take the battery out and just have my computer plugged into the mains!! They tried to charge me £130 for a new battery!!! But my dad found a website where I was able to get one for £40 inc p+p!!!! So now it works better than it did before as it holds its battery power for more than 10 mins!! lol!! YAY!!!

I finished my second year at uni two weeks ago! Its gone so fast! Am currently spending my time looking for a job in York and seeing friends!!

Oh and I am LOVING the weather!! I love summer so much! I always forget how great it is during the rest of the year, but summer is actualy the best time of year!

My computer!

My long suffering laptop is dead! :( Its very sad!
It's power cable died last week but my Dad fixed it at the weekend and it was working perfectly! But today I was happily typing away at an essay and everything went black! And now it wont turn on! *Sigh*

Maybe my Dad will be able to fix it again!!

Well with my soul.

In the words of Brenton Brown, 'Whatever my lot, you have taught me to know, it is well with my soul.'

This is what I'm learning at the moment and I want to share it with you (or the few of you who read this! lol)

At the moment I should be really stressed because I am writing a composition for some 2nd year dance students and they really need it like, last week. But I haven't finished it...In fact what I have written is rubbish! But I'm not stressed, I'm not worried. I am concerned and I know there is an urgency to get it done but I know that God is bigger than it and so I will be OK (although I would like him to do it for me, but he has given me help in the form of Emma and for that I'm greatful!).

I'm learning this in other areas of my life too at the moment and through the lives of my friends who are going through stuff (as we all do). I am realising more and more that God is bigger than all our struggles and worries. That doesn't mean that he doesn't care about our worries but when we trust in him and believe that he is bigger than it all then there is hope and with hope we can find the strength to carry on.

I am also realising just how HUGE God is...And realising that is helping me to realise that he is bigger than any situation I find myself in! He is just so awesome and massive that I really have to need to worry!! (Of course I still do! But reminding myself of God's awesome power is helping me to worry less! Which is cool!)

So in short; at the moment it is 'well with my soul'.

Sorry its been so long but there hasn't really be anything to tell unless you want to know what I had for lunch! lol.
Oooo one thing that is VERY exciting is that Rosie and James' baby was born this week...Little Joshua! Hes is VERY cute and I cant wait to meet him in person (so far have only seen a pic!) Congratulations too them!
Uni is pretty boring at the moment to be honest.
I am currently working on a composition for some second year dance students as part of my composition module however its not going too well. But the wonderful Emma did come and help me with it on wednesday which was much appreciated! With out her I don't think I would have gotten very far with it...she is amazing at music!! :) Thank you emma! Will you help me again pretty please?!!
Today I haven't really done alot so far but am about to head into uni (I know its Saturday!) to work on my composition on the computers in the music block (I dont have the software!). And after that I am meeting my wonderful housemate, Becky, and we are going to grab a starbucks and go for a walk by the river which will be nice as we hardly every hang out, outside of the house!

Hello...Its been a while!! oops!!
well there hasnt really been a whole lot happening really! How boring am i?!! lol!
So what has been happening?...well Becky, Helen and myself now have somewhere to live next year!! :D so thats quite exciting!! hehe!! erm...what else?...my Mum and Dad came to York for the weekend two weeks ago. That was really cool! :D We went to the train museum! (my dads choice) we had a pub lunch. we went to York outlet and to the seaside!! (Scarborough!!) It was a really lovely weekend.
And then the rest of the time I have been busy with uni :(

I think thats all I have to tell at the moment!!
